What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
All Dio Candles are handcrafted using a premium, eco-friendly soy wax blend designed for a clean, long-lasting burn and maximum fragrance throw.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Do you offer returns if I don't like the scent?
We want you to love your scent! If you are unsatisfied, you can return unlit and unused candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during the first burn. This usually takes 2-3 hours and sets the 'memory' for future burns.
Are your fragrances safe and non-toxic?
Yes, we use high-quality fragrance oils that are 100% phthalate-free and compliant with IFRA standards to ensure a safe environment for your home and pets.
